We are seeking an experienced Interim Sales Lead / Head of Sales for a period of 3-6 months.The Interim Sales Lead / Head of Sales should be able to start quickly and would ideally be based in Berlin.This role will be pivotal in overseeing and implementing robust SaaS sales processes and ensuring the success of revenue targets with a team of four Sales FTEs.The Sales Lead / Head of Sales will also play a mentorship role, providing guidance and support to team members, helping them to achieve their targets and develop their sales skills.

Execute a sales strategy that enables Morressier to achieve its revenue & growth ambitions
Work with the executive team to develop and execute Morressier's organic growth strategy in the enterprise and SME space
Optimise the sales processes and tools so that we are effective in reducing sales cycles and improving conversion rates
Work strategically to create new opportunities, meetings and meaningful connections whist building a scalable playbook
Lead projects cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Team to ensure we are maximizing all key growth opportunities
Support the Sales and Account teams with training, industry insight, networking and other skills to enable personal development
Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that resonate with the target audience, follow up on leads and measure success
You are both analytical yet pragmatic with a passion for technology
You are excited to work in a values-driven and mission-focused environment
Advantageous if you know the science enterprise: Actively engage and develop relationships with societies, institutions, corporates and other relevant bodies to help build partnerships and sales opportunities.
What we would like from you:
Experience as a senior, lead or director level, within a Sales / GTM role, ideally within a start up, high growth or SaaS company
Exceptional track record working towards revenue targets with quantifiable success
Experience managing a full sales cycle and coaching other sales team members
Previous experience implementing sales rigour and exceptional sales processes to overachieve targets and objectives
You are incredibly analytical in your approach and can bring together technology, product, and sales teams to support both challenges and opportunities in our client environment
Excellent communicator, whether presenting or written
Self-starter with a track record of exceeding expectations
Proficiency in Hubspot
Ideally based in Berlin and available on very short notice or immediately
