The People team takes care of all of the people-related tasks along the course of a Morressian's journey - from the moment when they start their onboarding process to the moment when they leave for a new challenge. We keep a finger on the pulse of Morressian's satisfaction and well-being.
We are responsible for the delivery of our core people programs which are designed to enable the development of Morressians, drive engagement and connections amongst our teams, support the growth of high-performing teams, and for recognizing & rewarding our people.

Interview
Next up with be a discussion with some of your future team members learning more about your technical and team experience.
Interview 2
Depending on the role, this may be your last interview where you will meet with the hiring manager as they learn more about your values and whether they align with that of Morressier.
Case Study
The final stage will have you completing a case study where we will learn about behaviors, ways of thinking, and further insight into your values.
