Recruitment Process
Recruiter Screen
Speak to a member of the talent team to discuss your experience, motivations, expectations and ask any questions you have to find out if Morressier is a good fit for you.
HM Interview
Meet with the hiring manager as we take a deeper dive into your experience. This meeting also offers an opportunity for you to pose additional questions and gain further clarity on whether Morressier aligns with your career aspirations.
Panel Interview
Meet the design team that you will be working with and learn how the team works while we learn about how you do your best work and review your portfolio. This stage typically includes a problem solving task.
Culture add interview
Meet with the team as we complete checks on values alignment and potential to grow with us.
C level Interview
This is a good time for you to ask any lingering questions with one of our founders, ensuring you have all the info you need to make an informed decision..
