Overview:

We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent and are interested in speaking to mid/senior-level Product Development/Management professionals to grow our product development efforts and help drive Morressier’s hyper-growth. As a key player in our product development team, you'll be responsible for driving innovation, creating high-quality products and features, and enhancing the user experience. You'll have the opportunity to work with a team of like-minded individuals who are passionate about transforming the scholarly publishing and research landscape and making a real difference in researchers’ lives.


Skills we are interested in:

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring that they align with our overall business objectives.
• Working closely with our user research and gathering feedback to identify customer needs and pain points, and using that information to inform product development.
• Leading the design, development, and testing of new product features and enhancements.
• Supporting continued growth by expanding our Enterprise B2B platform offerings into new and exciting B2C products that support our scientific community
• Monitoring product performance and using data to drive improvements and optimizations.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in this space to ensure that our products remain cutting-edge.


Qualifications and Preferences:

• Previous experience in product development or management, preferably in the EdTech/start-up space.
• Experience driving product growth and revenue in a B2B or B2C Product, ideally within a SaaS or platform solution.
• A strong understanding of product management principles, including product roadmap development, user research, and agile development methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering products on time and within the scope
• Any previous experience with products such as workflow solutions, research or publishing products will be highly advantageous
• A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
