We enable research across our platform from peer review workflows, virtual and hybrid conferencing, research libraries and integrity checks.
We are a growing remote-first, Edtech startup, dedicated to providing high-quality research integrity and innovative scholarly publishing solutions to researchers around the world. Overview:
We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent and are interested in speaking to mid/senior-level Marketing professionals to grow our marketing efforts and help drive Morressier’s hyper-growth. In this space, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that engage our target audience, drive demand for our products, and build our brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, to develop and execute marketing plans that drive revenue, visibility and business growth.
Skills we are interested in:
• Development and execution of marketing strategies that drive demand for our products and services, build our brand and support business growth.
• Development and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, content marketing, and events.
• Management and optimisation of our website and digital assets to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Supporting continued growth by expanding our B2B platform offerings into new and exciting B2C products that support our scientific community
• Development and management of the production of marketing collateral, including videos, infographics, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform marketing strategy and tactics.
• Analysis of marketing campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing spend.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Management of external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Up-to-date industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

What we would like from you
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing across various verticals, with a focus on B2B/B2B2C/B2C marketing in the Edtech or start-up industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategy and measure performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing programs that drive business results.
• Remote first but ideally based in the UK, Germany or the USA with the ability to work flexibly
