We enable research across our platform from peer review workflows, virtual and hybrid conferencing, research libraries and integrity checks.
We are a growing remote-first, Edtech startup, dedicated to providing high-quality research integrity and innovative scholarly publishing solutions to researchers around the world. Overview:
We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent and interested in speaking to mid/ senior level Sales professionals across different verticals to grow our enterprise sales portfolio and help drive Morressier’s hyper-growth. In this space, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attain new enterprise logos as well as grow existing client accounts.
We are ideally looking for mid/ senior level sales talent that have experience selling into Enterprise Publishing, Academic and Association or Society clients but open to other backgrounds.
Skills we are interested in:
Onboarding and developing relationships with top tier Enterprise clients with substantial year on year growth.
Leading pre sales functions and activity and management of the full sales lifecycle
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and collaborations with Publishing communities, industry associations, universities, and research institutions
Developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expands Morressier's customer base.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Developing and implementing sales processes and tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
Working closely with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Analysing sales performance metrics, and adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications and preferences:
Knowledge of the academic and research industry, including the needs and obstacles faced by researchers, institutions, and industry associations.
Understanding of the Go-to-Market strategy and product direction and development, especially in workflow solutions to support research integrity.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, methodologies and tools, as well as employee motivation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Remote first but ideally based in the UK, Germany or USA with the ability to work flexibly
