As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us shape the journey of our Products to help our customers succeed further. This position will give you the opportunity to work cross functionally in a fast growing start up where you will have a direct impact on Product and Sales growth.

- Lead the product growth strategy- including developing messaging, creative, campaigns, supported by the wider Product Management, Sales & Marketing teams
- Focus on the go-to-market plan for our products - including sales decks and accelerating the sales process by partnering with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to onboard, train and educate
- Lead projects cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and in particular the Product Team to ensure we are maximizing all key growth opportunities across our existing and new customer base
- Actively support and where applicable automate cross-sell & upsell opportunities
- Use competitor insight and market research to support the product team in prioritizing new product developments and to manage the overall product marketing strategy
- Define pricing strategies and product positioning whilst leading the Product Marketing function

- A proven track record as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B SaaS/ tech environment
- Experience working in a fast paced start up would be highly beneficial
- Background in research or events based marketing programmes would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of the latest trends in marketing automation, campaigns, and customization
- Self-starter with a track record of independently leading new initiatives
- Ability to drive the creative direction of a product whilst working cross functionally
